The Division is responsible for
- strategic business development at national and international levels;
- acquisition of large-scale projects;
- quality assurance of project implementation; and
- strategic HR management.
Together with the Managing Directors and the Administration, the Division for Business Development and Quality Assurance aims at continuously improving our processes and procedures and thereby providing high quality services to our clients.
Corporate Administration is responsible for the smooth functioning of our business operations, including financial management, contract management, and human resource administration. Our IT team provides in-house services to ensure efficient and accurate project management and administrative processes according to international standards. As a result we can offer our clients tailor-made and highly professional solutions.
