Due Diligence Unterstützung für Forstinvestments

An international forestry fund identified a brownfield investment opportunity in Paraguay. The endeavor involved the purchase of 1,800 hectares of eucalypt plantations, at the time belonging to a private landowner. UNIQUE was commissioned to support the fund with the due diligence of the proposed investment. The assessment included the validation of information provided by the owner regarding the area, yield and quality of plantations. This analysis was used to support the negotiations and decision-making process on the investment.
