The Government of India has chosen the waste and forestry sector for the development of two NAMA concepts. UNIQUE and its consortium partner, Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA), were selected to develop a NAMA for forestry in India and a corresponding, thorough measuring, reporting and verification (MRV) system.
