Nutzung einheimischer Baumarten
Hintergrund
Native tree seedlings (NTS) in Tanzania face uneven quality standards and limited certification, packaging, labeling, and marketing, while buyers lack clear information on availability and performance. Demand is fragmented across restoration actors, and nurseries often rely on exotic species with unclear pricing logic for different customer segments. The customer is a Tanzania-based restoration/nursery program aiming to professionalize NTS production and sales. The project objective was to present the restoration market landscape, indicate demand and buyer segments, and showcase priority native species with strong commercial potential.
