Our new website is live

We have launched a completely new Unique land use website – a clearer, faster home for our work, built to help you find the right expertise and the right references in seconds.

Land-use questions are rarely simple, and the partners we work with – development banks, governments, investors, foundations and companies – want to see quickly whether we have done the work before, and where. The new site puts exactly that front and centre: an interactive world map and a full-text project explorer let you search more than 1,000 references from over 25 years across forestry, climate, agriculture and rural development, digital solutions and private impact investments – and filter them by thematic area, country or year, in both English and German.

Beyond the references, the site brings our expertise, publications, impact figures and team together in one coherent place, with a calmer, more editorial design that works just as well on a phone as on a desk. It is fast and privacy-respecting by default: no third-party tracking, self-hosted fonts, and everything served from our own infrastructure.

The result is a site that does more than describe what we do – it lets you explore it. Have a look around: start on the homepage, or jump straight into the project explorer to see where and how we work.
