Background
Um die Anforderungen der Eingriffsregelung zu erfüllen, kauft die HEIWOG Wohnungsbau GmbH laufend land- und forstwirtschaftliche Flächen auf, und hält diese für zukünftige Ausgleichsmaßnahmen auf ungewisse Zeit zurück. UNIQUE wurde Ende 2015 beauftragt, die Möglichkeiten und Voraussetzungen zu prüfen, welche intermediären Nutzungsvarianten für die Übergangszeit dieser kleinstrukturierten Wald- und Landwirtschaftsflächen in Frage kommen.
Our contribution
- Aufbau einer Geodatenbank der Flurstücke inkl. Kartenerstellung.
- Erarbeitung forst- und landwirtschaftlicher Nutzungsvorschläge.
- Erarbeitung förderrelevanter Informationen und Prüfung von Einnahmen aus Agrarsubventionen.
- Prüfung der Teilnahme an Naturschutz- und Landschaftspflegeprogrammen.
- Prüfung der Hürden für den Status als landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb und Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur erfolgreichen Anmeldung.
