The Emission Reduction Program (ER-P) covers six provinces in the North Central Coastal (NCC) region of Vietnam and will pilot the results-based payments that incentivize REDD+. UNIQUE was contracted by the Forest Carbon Partnership Facility office in Vietnam to support the ER-P document for submission to the World Bank Carbon Fund. The assignment included an in-depth cost and benefit assessment, preparing a financing plan and estimating the expected emission reductions in accordance with the World Bank Carbon Fund standards.
