Efficient IT Solutions for State-Owned Forests
Background
Die Schleswig Holsteinischen Landesforsten (SHLF) haben im Zuge von Umstrukturierungen verschiedene EDV-Systeme für die interne Steuerung und die externe Berichtspflicht eingesetzt. UNIQUE wurde beauftragt, die vorhandene IT-Landschaft der SHLF mit ihren EDV-Systemen auf den aktuellen und künftigen Informationsbedarf zu analysieren, zu bewerten und effizient zu gestalten. Abschließend wird ein Anforderungskatalog für konkrete Umsetzungsmaßnahmen erstellt.

- Erhebung und Dokumentation des Informationsbedarfs verschiedener Geschäftsbereiche.
- Unterstützung bei der effizienten Gestaltung von Prozessen und Buchungsvorgängen.
- Erstellung von Vorschlägen zur effizienteren Gestaltung der IT-Landschaft.
- Ausarbeitung eines Anforderungskataloges konkreter Umsetzungsmaßnahmen.
