Information Service for Small-Scale Private Forests
Background
The website “Information Service for Wood Mobilization” of the KWF is a recognized source of information in the professional world with regard to topics on wood mobilization. In preparation for the KWF Thematic Days 2015, “Small forest – what to do? Sustainable management of small forest areas”, the website was restructured, the contents were updated and it was adjusted for a new audience. Until then, the information on the website had been primarily for active stakeholders in wood mobilization. In future, the website is also meant to cater to forest owners who have small forest areas. UNIQUE was commissioned to develop an adapted information platform based on the content of the old information service. This task included technical and visual website modernization, as well as updating the content and adjusting it for the extended target group.
