The ClusterPlus.Forum project is funded by the Forest and Wood Cluster Initiative in Baden-Württemberg. The cluster initiative aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of companies in the cluster through project funding for companies as well as through the establishment of company and industry network structures. The basis for the cluster initiative was the cluster analysis of the forest and wood sector of Baden-Württemberg, which was developed by UNIQUE together with the partners IMU Institute Stuttgart and Forst Holz Markt Consulting Franz-Josef Lückge. The ClusterPlus.Forum is a concrete implementation of the recommendations of the study and aims to establish itself as a regular event in the Forest and Wood Cluster of Baden-Württemberg.

Implementation of all activities in close collaboration with the Cluster Management Baden-Württemberg.
Planning and organization of events (conferences, workshops, network meetings).
Establishment of the ClusterPlus.Forum as a regular professional event and meeting place.
Implementation of four ClusterPlus.Forums in 2012 and 2013, as well as secondary and accompanying events.
