Forstsektorreform und Ökosystem Mangement Modell

The GIZ Regional Program „Sustainable and Climate Sensitive Land Use for Economic Development in Central Asia” supports local communities and governmental authorities in promoting integrative sustainable land management approaches. Reform approaches to forestry and pasture management are the thematic focus of the program. There is a need to support the national partner, the Department of Forest Ecosystem and Protected Nature Areas, in the implementation of the piloting process, as well as in piloting of the integrated forest ecosystems management model in cooperation with the World Bank. The objective of the consultancy is to support the implementation of the piloting process of the forest sector reform and to support piloting of the integrated forest ecosystems management model.
