Evauierung des Vorhabens Qualitätsinfrastruktur in Energieeffizienz

As part of the German-Bolivian bilateral cooperation, the National Institute for Metrology of the Federal Republic of Germany (PTB) and institutions of the National Quality Infrastructure of Bolivia are jointly implementing the project “Strengthening the quality infrastructure in the areas of renewable energies and energy efficiency”. This project has the objective to improve the National Quality Infrastructure to meet the needs of new services that contribute to the implementation of the energy policy in Bolivia.
PTB uses evaluations as important instruments for quality assurance of its technical cooperation services, transparency, and internal learning processes. Unique was contracted to evaluate this project according to the criteria of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD) Development Assistance Committee (DAC).
