Client

KfW

KfW financed projects have to meet increasingly higher requirements with regard to the correct allocation of climate indicators, climate testing and the measurement of climate impacts. For this purpose, KfW has approved an internal technical information document for the consideration of climate aspects within the projects it supports. This process is also referred to as “Climate mainstreaming”. UNIQUE has been working closely with KfW for more than two years on the establishment of the climate mainstreaming process for the Natural Resource Management sector. KfW has commissioned UNIQUE to adapt the sector handbook to the latest changes in the technical information document, to create a tool for documentation, and training for project managers.

  • Finalization of sector information in the technical information document
  • Creation of an Excel tool for documentation
  • Implementation of web-based trainings
  • Adaptation of these trainings to an online learning concept
