Übertragung des Soc & Salm Monitoring Systems

The Kenya Agricultural Carbon Project has developed a robust and cost-effective carbon monitoring methodology outlining how to quantify emission reductions. The methodology, developed by UNIQUE, has shown how to reduce the monitoring costs and increase the reliability of data by using a farmer-self-assessment approach and creating user-friendly tools. Based on that experience, the World Bank requested UNIQUE to support the transfer of this methodology to Burkina Faso. UNIQUE supported the adjustment of the model to country-specific data management practices used in Burkina Faso.
